Product Description

"COSMO A-60WAT"
is a single leaf hinged door. The door leaf is composed of an insulation core of mineral wool, density 280
kg/m3 (manufactured by KCC Corporation), faced on the unexposed side with a 6 mm thick steel panel
and on the exposed side with a 4 mm thick steel panel fitted with ceramic seals (Ø23) along the edges.
The door leaf incorporates 3 horizontal and 2 vertical stiffeners and the top of the door leaf, 100 mm
space on each side, is internally reinforced with 4 mm thick steel.
Total door leaf thickness is 80 mm.
The door leaf is connected to the frame with 3 reinforced heavy duty hinges, and closed to the door
frame at 12 fastening points with interconnected rods and transmission which is connected to handle on
both sides of the door.
The door frame is made from 5 mm thick steel sheets, and may be bolted by M8x25L bolts (spaced 250-
300 mm apart) or welded to the bulkhead.
