COSMO A-60 WD

Product Description

“COSMO A-60 WD”
consisting of a double leafed hinged door with two equal sized door leaf constructed of an insulation core
of 75 mm mineral wool “280K” of density 280 kg/m3 (by Kumgang Korea Chemical Co. Ltd), faced on
both sides with 3 mm thick steel sheets. Each door blade is fitted with 3 hinges.
Total door leaf thickness is 80 mm.
In the upper part of one of the door leafs a 25 mm “Contraflam 60-N2” fire window manufactured by
Vetrotech Saint-Gobain may be fitted.
Door frame profiles constructed from 4 mm steel, sealed by ceramic tight seal and neoprene tight seal.
The door frame is to be intermittent welded (20 mm seams) to bulkhead, with minimum space between
the welding seams of 200 mm or fully welded to bulkhead.
