COSMO A-60 GBD

Product Description

“COSMO A-60GBD”
Double leafed hinged door with equal sized door leafs. The door leafs is composed of an insulation core
made of 12.5 mm thick gypsum board with density of 900 kg/m3 (manufactured by Lafage Korea Co.,
Ltd) covered on both sides with 16 mm thick mineral wool with density of 280 kg/m3 (manufactured by
Keumkang Limited, Korea). The insulation core is faced on both sides by means of adhesive with 0.6 mm
thick steel sheets. The door leaf is reinforced in the inner side with 4 mm thick doubling plate at the
hinged narrow sides of the door leaf, and in addition 3 mm thick stiffener is fitted at the narrow sides of
the door leaf. At the outer side of the door leaf, a 1 mm thick edge cover is fitted at the narrow edges at
the door leafs. The door leafs is fitted with 3 hinges.
Total thickness of door leafs is 45 mm.
The door may be fitted with a hose port (150x150 mm) and a window with 25 mm thick fire glass, type
Contraflam 60-N2 (by Vetrotech Saint-Gobain International AG).
The door frame is constructed of a 4 mm thick steel profile bolted or welded to bulkhead with clamp.
Bolted by M8 x 25 bolts, spaced 200 – 300 mm apart. Intermittent welded (20 mm seams), spaced
minimum 200 mm between the seams or fully welded.
