Product Description

“COSMO A-60 GB”
is a single leafed hinged door, with door leaf constructed of an insulation core of 12.5 mm Gypsum
Division Board with density 855 kg/m3 (by Lafage Korea Co., Ltd) covered on each side by 16 mm
mineral wool “280K” with density 280 kg/m3 (by Keumkang Limited, Korea). The insulation core is faced
on both sides by 0.6 mm steel sheets with an adhesive. The door is fitted with 3 hinges.
Total thickess of door leaf is 45 mm.
The door may be fitted with a hose port (150x150 mm) and a window with 25 mm thick fire glass, type
Contraflam 60-N2 (by Vetrotech Saint-Gobain International AG).
The door frame is constructed of a 4 mm steel profile bolted or welded to bulkhead with clamp. Bolted by
M8 x 25 bolts, spaced 200-300 mm apart. Intermittent welded (20 mm seams), spaced minimum 200
mm between the seams or fully welded.
