Product Description

“COSMO A-0 WSL”
single leaf sliding door, composed of a 53 mm thick “Hi-Wool” insulation core manufacturer by “KCC
Corporation “ with nominal density of 140 kg/m3, faced on both sides with 1 mm steel sheets.
Total thickness of door leaf: 55 mm.
The door leaf is hung up by three rollers on the top and is connected to the counter weight on the upper
corner.
The door frame is made of 4 mm thick steel sheet bolted (pitch 200 mm) or tack welded (pitch 20 - 200
mm) to the bulkhead.
The door may be fitted with:
- window constructed from 16 mm fireproof glass type CONTRAFLAM A0-N2 manufactured by
Vetrotech Saint-Gobain (International) AG or same class of equivalent glass. The window frame
is made of 1.5 mm thick steel sheet and is fixed to the door leaf by twenty SUS304 Ø4 x 10L
screws.
- door lock manufactured by Master & Grand Master Key System
In addition the following weather modifications may be arranged:
- neoprene tight seal, size 19 x 19 mm
- 2 mm thick rain drip
