Product Description

"CLP-P9 class B-15 bulkhead"
is a class B-15 bulkhead with highly soundproof properties. The bulkhead panels were 50 mm thick compound rock wool plates with a 10 mm thick soundproof layer (stainless steel plate at two faces) inside. The panels are max. 600 mm wide and are jointed by fillet at two faces.
Construction:
The bulkhead panels are mounted in a frame of angle steel of L63 mm x 63 mm x 6 mm.The 50 mm panels are composed of 0.5 mm thick stainless steel plate + rock wool + 10 mm hollow stainless steel plate + rock wool + 0.5 mm thick stainless steel plate. Adhesive was used in between the stainless steel plate and rock wool for bonding.
The panel could also be provided with a longitudinal cable trough inside of 50 mm x 25 mm x 0.5 mm stainless steel.
Materials:
The insulation material used is rock wool produced by Tianchang Kangmeida New Insulation Material Co., Ltd. It has a nominal density of 120 kg/m³ and ?3% nominal organic content.
The adhesive used is a PAPU-30 type polyurethane adhesive produced by Jingjiang Green Functional Material Co., Ltd.
