CLP-L12class B-15 lining

Product Description

"CLP-L12 class B-15 lining"
is a class B-15 lining with sound-absorbing properties. The lining panels were 25 mm thick compound rock wool plates with a max. width of 600 mm and are wedge jointed.
Construction:
The lining panels are mounted in a frame of angle steel of L63 mm x 63 mm x 6 mm. The frame is welded to the stiffeners of an A class bulkhead structural core so that an air gap of 90 mm is between the lining and the A class bulkhead.
The 25 mm lining panels are composed of 0.5 mm thick stainless steel plate + rock wool + 0.5 mm thick stainless steel plate, and the stainless steel plate at one side was drilled with sound absorbing holes. Adhesive was used in between the stainless steel plate and rock wool for bonding.
Materials:
The insulation material used is rock wool produced by Tianchang Kangmeida New Insulation Material Co., Ltd. It has a nominal density of 120 kg/m³ and ?3% nominal organic content.
The adhesive used is a PAPU-30 type polyurethane adhesive produced by Jingjiang Green Functional Material Co., Ltd.
