Product Description

"CLP-C3 class B-15 ceiling"
is a class B-15 ceiling with sound-absorbing properties. The ceiling panels were 25 mm thick compound rock wool plates with a max. width of 600 mm and are wedge jointed.
Construction:
The ceiling panels are mounted in a frame of angle steel of L63 mm x 63 mm x 6 mm. The frame is welded to the stiffeners of an A class deck structural core so that an air gap of 530 mm is between the ceiling and the A class deck structural core.
The 25 mm ceiling panels are composed of 0.5 mm thick 304 stainless steel plate + rock wool + 0.5 mm thick 304 stainless steel plate, and the stainless steel plate at one side was drilled with sound absorbing holes of 3 mm in diameter. Adhesive was used in between the stainless steel plate and rock wool for bonding.
Materials:
The insulation material used is rock wool produced by Tianchang Kangmeida New Insulation Material Co., Ltd. It has a nominal density of 120 kg/m³ and ?3% nominal organic content.
The adhesive used is a PAPU-30 type polyurethane adhesive produced by Jingjiang Green Functional Material Co., Ltd.
