Product Description

"CLP-AL3"
is a class A-30 lightweight structural bulkhead. Bulkhead is composed of 25 mm thick bulkhead panel, air gap and 25 mm thick bulkead panel.
Total thickness: 75 mm
Each panel is composed from the exposed side, of 0.6 mm thick galvanized steel plate, 23mm thick rock wool plate of 120 kg/ m3 nominal density (manufactured by Tianchang Kangmeida New Insulation Materials Co., Ltd) and 0.6 mm thick galvanized steel plate. Insulation material inside the panel is fixed by the adhesive.

After one layer of bulkhead panel was fixed, square tubeof L25 mm x 25 mm x 1.2 mm was fixed at the perimeter of the bulkead panel, and then another bulkhead panel was installed and was fastened by angle steel of L30 mm x 30 mm x 3 mm.
The panels are connected to each other by means of 22 mm long wedged joints.
