Product Description

"CFM-7A"
a class B-15 single-leaf fire door without sill. Each door leaf is composed from the exposed side, of 0.8 mm thick steel plate, 38mm thick rock wool plate of 120 kg/ m³ nominal density( manufactured by Tianchang Kangmeida New Insulation Materials Co., Ltd) and 0.8 mm thick steel plate. Insulation material inside the door leaf is fixed by the adhesive.
Total door leaf thickness: 40 mm.
The door leaf was installed at one side with three 5-inch hinges.
The door leaf has a louvered escape located at the bottom half of the door leaf and ventilation grille at the top.
Top ventilation grille and bottom ventilation escape are connected by the ventilation duct.
A fireproof C1 type stainless steel door lock provided by Shanghai Liyong Lock Co., Ltd. was fitted 1100 mm above the bottom of the door leaf.
The door frame is a three-sided door frame composed of 1.2 mm steel plates at its two side edges and 0.8 mm steel plates at the bottom and top edge. The fire door frame may be fastend to the bulkhead by fillet.
The top panel 1130 mm wide x 350 mm height x 50 mm thick is installed at the top of door frame and is an integral part of the door frame. A continuous groove fixed at the door frame is for the fireproof strip of 12 mm x 8 mm, provided by HeBei DeBang Special Sealing Strip Co., Ltd.
The door frame is insulated with marine rock wool insulation plate of 50 mm thick, of 120 kg/ m³ nominal density, manufactured by Tianchang Kangmeida New Insulation Materials Co., Ltd.
