Product Description

"CFM-5"
a class A-60 single-leaf fire door. Each door leaf is composed from the exposed side, of 0.8 mm thick steel plate, 6mm thick YB type inorganic fireproof board of 1000 kg/ m³ nominal density (manufactured by Suzhou Youlian Ship Equipment Co. Ltd.), 26mm thick TG2 type ceramic wool plate of 170 kg/ m³ nominal density( manufactured by Changzhou Thermal Insulation Material Factory Co., Ltd.), 6 mm thick inorganic fireproof board of 1000 kg/ m³ nominal density (manufactured by Suzhou Youlian Ship Equipment Co. Ltd.), 0.8 mm thick steel plate. Insulation material inside the door leaf is fixed by the adhesive.
The door leaf is wrapped with a layer of 1mm thick stainless steel edge cover.
Total door leaf thickness: 40 mm.
The door leaf was installed at one side with three 5-inch hinges.
The door leaf has a fire escape located at left bottom corner.
A fireproof stainless steeldoor lock provided by Shanghai Liyong Lock Co., Ltd. was fitted 1200 mm above the bottom of the door leaf.
The door frame is a four-sided door frame composed of 1.5 mm steel plates and may be fastend to the bulkhead with M6 x 30 mm stainless steel bolts, tack welded or fully welded to the bulkhead. A continuous groove fixed at three sides of the door frame is for the fireproof strip of 20 mm x 16 mm, provided by HeBei DeBang Special Sealing Strip Co., Ltd.
The door frame is insulated with Fibertex type marine rock wool insulation plate of 50 mm thick, of 150 kg/ m³ nominal density, manufactured by Tiangchang KMD New Insulation Materials Co., Ltd.
