B-15 Fire Door dB(LE+) Single Leaf

Product Description

“B-15 Fire Door dB(LE+) Single Leaf” ,
is a single leaf hinged door composed of 0.7 mm perforated steel sheets and insulation. The insulation is glued
to the steel sheets by means of adhesive. The door leaf is fixed to the door frame by three hinges, of
which the top one is e-hinge bringing cable from frame to door leaf.
Total door leaf thickness is 49.5 mm.
The door frame is composed of four parts (two vertical profiles, sill plate and top panel) welded together.
The vertical profiles are made of 1.5 mm thick steel without insulation inside. The sill is made of 1.5 mm
uninsulated U-profile with a 1.5 mm cover plate. The top panel is made of 1.5 mm steel sheets and filled
with insulation . Door frame thickness is 58 mm. The door frame
may be welded or screwed (Ø4.8 mm) to the bulkhead panels.
