B-15 CLASS WALL PANEL (UB-804)

Product Description

"B-15 CLASS WALL PANEL (UB-804)"
consists of two panels facing each other. Each panel consists of 15 mm thick mineral wool of density 200 kg/m3 (manufactured by KCC Corporation) covered with 0.6 mm thick steel sheets insulated on one side (bonded to insulation with adhesive). The longitudinal edges are connected to the adjancent panels with joint profiles and three M4 x 25 mm self drilling screws, one fastened through panel edges and two in connection with the joint profile (max. distance between fastening points: 300 mm).
The panels facing each other are connected together and to the bulkhead with steel channels (2T x 50 x 50 mm) on each side.
Total thickness of the panels: 80 mm.
The panel may be produced at the premises of Site Factory, 311 Yongjeonsaneopdanji-gil, Samnangjin-eup, Miryang-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea.
