Product Description

“B-15 Class Ceiling Panel C-602N”
composed of 25 mm thick mineral wool with nominal density of 60 kg/m3 (manufactured by KCC Corporation) covered with 0.6 mm thick perforated (Ø1.8mm, pitch 10 mm) steel sheets on exposed side. Panels are covered on the top with 50mm thick insulation of the same type as above.
The panels connected by means of tongue-and-groove joint to the 1.6 mm thick, steel main runners.
Main runners are stiffened by 1.6 mm thick, steel cross runners. Main and cross runners are connected by means of hanger hooks. The cross runner is fixed to the deck by means of steel L-hanger sockets (100 x 75 x 7 mm) and steel hanger rods (Ø14mm). Hanger rods are screwed to the cross runners, and L-hangers sets welded to the deck.
At the shorter side profiles are connected to the to the 0.6 mm thick joint profie by means of self drilling screws (Ø1.8x13 mm, pitch 300 mm).
Total thickness of the panels is 25 mm + 50 mm (Insulaton).
The panels may be produced at the premises of Site Factory, 311 Yongjeonsaneopdanji-gil, Samnangjin eup, Miryang-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea.
Max. distance between main runners: 1400 mm
Max. distance between main runner and joint profile/bulkhead:300 mm
Max. distance between cross runners: 2000 mm
Max. distance between hanger sets: 1500 mm
