A60 class Light Duty Single Leaf Hinged Steel Door

Product Description

This is a single hinged light duty A60 class door with the outer dimensions w x h =980 mm x 2130 mm and door leaf thickness 67mm. The door leaf is insulated with two layers of 30mm Isover U SeaProtect Slab 90 with nominal density 90kg/m3. Between these two insulation layers, there is glued 6mm Supalux board with nominal density 950kg/m3. The outer layer on both sides of the door leaf consisted of 1.0mm thick steel sheets, The U SeaProtect Slab 90 insulation is glued to the steel sheets with Cosmoplast 1248 from Weiss Cosmo., , The door leaf is equipped with three hinges and a lock of type TrioVing 5316/8. Under door leaf, there is mounted a drop down threshold of type Planet MF-FH+RD., , A rectangular window unit with clear opening wxh=200x500mm was installed in the door leaf. The glass is of type 27mm Pyrostop 60-201 A60-EI60 with dimensions wxh=226x526mm.
