A-0 Class Sliding Door: ST-A0-SLI-1

Product Description

“A-0 Class Sliding Door: ST-A0-SLI-1”
is a single leaf sliding door composed of an 8 mm corrugated steel sheet (with the dimensions shown on drawing ST-WTS0-GEN-007-D-1 listed below) and with 25 mm steel plates (65 mm width) around the perimeter of the door leaf.
The door leaf is fitted with a fire seal (Ø15 mm) between the door leaf and the door frame.
The door leaf is attached to the door frame with two wheels and a rail on both the upper and lower sides.
The door frame consists of two types of steel square profiles: 100 x 150 x 6 mm at the top, 65 x 65 x 6 mm on the sides and the flatbar 160 x 32 mm at the bottom. The profiles are welded together as shown on drawing AOWT10-300 listed under Type Approval documentation.
The door frame is fully seam welded to the bulkhead.
The total door leaf thickness is 8 mm.
The door leaf is operated by a hydraulic cylinder, attached horizontally to the door leaf at the elevation 1309 mm above the deck.
